Other than cleaning the track, I found that spraying some Pledge (furniture polish) in the track makes the door move more easily.

I use silicon spray after cleaning off the gunk as best possible.

I ended up removing the screws on the lower plastic track, after that it slides 100% better.

On my 06 342 I use a spray lubricant on the tracks which makes it slide nicely for a month, then needs re sprayed

A shot of WD-40 on upper and lower tracks every couple of months fixed mine.

We had a lengthy discussion of cabin door adjustment a while back. I shifted my track a bit on one cruiser and shaved the black composite leading (starboard) "truck" on the second with excellent and lasting results. I posted what I did in that discussion.
